We can’t wait to celebrate this incredible day with you all and hope you’re looking forward to it as much as we are.
The timeline below gives you a little insight into what to expect, and we hope that we can make your day well worth the two days of annual leave (good luck if you’ve only taken one).
Guest Arrival
(1:00 PM – 1:30 PM)
Please do not arrive before 1PM
Arrive, have a nosey, make yourself comfortable, and have a mingle. No alcoholic beverages will be served before the ceremony, think of it as a chance to rehydrate and recover, avoiding a hangover on Friday.

Wedding Ceremony
PLEASE KEEP PHONES AWAY FROM SEATING UNTIL THE DRINKS

Find your seat, relax, and enjoy the main event — the moment we finally tie the knot! We’ve hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture every second, so keep phones and cameras in pockets and purses until the drinks reception.
Drinks Reception & Photographs
The celebrations begin! Grab a drink, enjoy some canapés, and smile for the camera. We’ll be snapping photos and saying hi to everyone (and if you’re staying overnight, now’s the time to check in to your pod).

Speeches
Grab another drink and get ready to laugh, maybe cry a little, and probably hear a few stories we didn’t sign off on.
Wedding Breakfast
Time to feast! Three delicious courses and plenty of wine — just how we like it. So make sure to confirm your menu choices when you RSVP to avoid any surprises on the day.

Cake Cutting
A sweet little moment before the chaos resumes. Don’t blink, or you’ll miss the slice.
Evening Guest Arrival
(7:00 PM Onwards)
New arrivals, fresh energy — and maybe a few more questionable dance moves.

First Dance
We’ll take the floor (and try not to trip). Feel free to join us when the base drops!
Final Words
A quick thank you from us before the night properly takes off.

Evening Buffet
Refuel and recharge — dancing burns more energy than we expected.
LET’S GET F***ED UP!
You know what time it is. Music, laughter, dodgy singing, and drinks flowing — exactly how it should be.

Carriages
(12:00 AM)
All good things must end. Time to say goodbye, grab your stuff, and head off (sadly, no horse and carriage included).
